Coporate Social Responsibility

Another feature which makes IEC a unique institution is its consciousness for social responsibility. While the core business of a institution is to provide education to its students, but we at IEC feel that any educational institution also has certain social responsibilities. At IEC, this realization takes the form of various activities carried out with the active involvement of its students. IEC has done numerous activities to fulfill its social responsibilities.

• The Departmental Society ‘Confluence’ organized a marathon towards the cause of “Save Girl Child” participating inmates of    Udayan Care Orphanage. A fund raising is done the college and was donated to Udayan Care.
• C-Xtrema’ (CS/IT Society) organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with Rotary Club. 153 units of blood were    collected from students and staff of IEC.
• Blood Donation Camp was organized by the Lionesss Blood Bank.
• NSS of the institute is very active and organized the tree plantation drive in Greater Noida.
• Donations to various relief funds such as Tsunami, Earthquake etc.
• Donations o the organizations working for the cause of humanity.
